The Green Iguana Can Turn Orange

The male Green Iguana has ability to change from green to orange or orange-red coloration as the breeding season approaches.

The orange may be diffused throughout the whole body or can be more concentrated in several areas such as the dewlap, spikes, body and legs. Females can also develop the orange coloration but is less intense.
