The Green Heron is a Clever Hunter
The Green Heron is one of the few tool-using birds. It will drop bait, such as crusts of bread, insects, earthworms, twigs, or feathers, onto the surface of the water. Waits motionless and grabs the small fish that are attracted by the bait.
